Whee Jim takes time to listen and understand our requirements before customising a series of workshops for our officers. Though it was a series of 3 half-day workshops, it was indeed ‘tiring’ for everyone. Apart from the theory aspect of the workshop, Whee Jim made everyone ‘work’ and there was no single moment that we could actually ‘rest’.
The workshop was conducted in a pretty casual setting to encourage active participation and Whee Jim constantly sought inputs/suggestions from the team. The team benefitted from his sharing and had the opportunity for some ‘hands-on’ assignments.
