Whee Jim gave an overview of Singapore’s structure of government and principles of governance to international participants on a CSC programme.

Whee Jim was very creative and meticulous in including different design elements like visuals, videos, personal stories and breakout room discussions to engage the participants. He was also attentive to the participants and was quick to respond to their questions even as he was presenting.
