Whee Jim is an excellent facilitator of adult learning and team cohesion. I remember seeing him in action the first time we met – by introducing innovative methodologies, he injected participants with energy and drew out contributions from even the more reticent learners.

Beyond delivering participants to the session outcomes, he’s always cognizant of relating these with the broader programme objectives or organizational goals in all his facilitation I have the pleasure of observing. While he has always made the process flow seem so natural, engaging and fun, I know he spent hours painstakingly designing each of his programmes, finetuning his craft.
