Whee Jim facilitated a key milestone programme for middle managers from polytechnics and ITE, which was conducted fully online. He planned the various segment meticulously and was able to adapt his facilitation approach from physical to fully virtual within a short timeframe. He injected humor in his delivery and kept energy levels high throughout the course. He facilitated the course with an end outcome in mind and encouraged participants to translate key learnings into actions. Reflection sessions were interspersed throughout the course which was useful in helping participants anchor their learning. The participants found his facilitation effective.
